OTHER CAPUCHIN RESOURCES

Capuchin Franciscans, Province of St. Augustine
The Capuchins Franciscans first came to Pittsburgh in 1873 from Bavaria. Today there are over 100 friars serving in the Province of St. Augustine, located across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and DC, as well as having missions in Puerto Rico and Papua New Guinea.

Capuchin Vocations
If you have ever felt an inkling that you may be called to religious life or priesthood, the first step is always a conversation. If you would like to learn more about the Capuchin way of life and find out if it might be where God is calling you, take the step and reach out to us via our website.

Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer Corps (Cap Corps)
Cap Corps is a year long Catholic Volunteer Program for young adults to live in intentional community while serving those in need. Cap Corps pairs the gifts and interests each volunteer with service opportunities in the areas of healthcare, social services, and education.

St. Padre Pio Parish (Lawrenceville)
While not technically a Capuchin parish, The Port collaborates closely with St. Padre Pio Parish. This includes regular collaborative spiritual & intellectual formation, prayer, service, and social events. St. Augustine Church (now Pio Parish) has been home for our province for over 150 years!
