EVENT DETAILS

Workshop 1: Birds – Sat, Mar 23. 1-4pm in The Port (COMPLETED)
This workshop is inspired by Genesis 1:20— “On the earth let birds fly beneath the dome of the sky.” During this first workshop, we will introduce techniques for watercolor washes, and will combine watercolor with colored pencil to create mixed-media images of birds.

Workshop 2: Floral Still Life – Sat, Apr 27. 1-4pm in The Port
This workshop is inspired by Genesis 1:11— “Let the earth bring forth vegetation.” During this second workshop, we will introduce more techniques in watercolor, painting a still life of fresh flowers.

Workshop 3: Landscapes – Sat, June 1. 1-4pm, in the garden at St. Patrick's Church
This workshop is inspired by Genesis 1:12— “and the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit.” Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor workshop.
