In a beautiful and unexpected gesture, Pope Leo XIV has proclaimed a “Special Year of St. Francis” to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the Seraphic Father’s transition to eternal life. St. Padre Pio Parish has been designated a pilgrimage site for this Jubilee Year
